- There is a job listing that is ideal for Nutella fans.

The Ferrero Company, which makes Nutella, Ferrero Rocher and other candies, is looking for taste testers. Officially dubbed "sensory judges", the 60 new employees will work a couple of days a week starting in late September with three months of courses created to help them refine their tasting and smelling skills to the company's satisfaction.

The 60 lucky candidates will relocate to the company's headquarters in Alba, a town located in Italy's Piedmont region and famous for its selection of white truffles. While normally the company relies on professionals for this all-important task, this time Ferrero is taking a different approach - they want regular consumers, whose taste buds aren't influenced by a formal education in nutrition.

The 60 will take a paid three-month course, starting in September, to help them hone their sense of smell and taste and learn terminology to describe the flavors they're tasting.

After that, 40 of the judges will be selected and placed into two tasting panels. The only requirements are that tasters have no food allergies and be able to use a computer, reports The Local, an English-language outlet based in Italy. Forty people will then be offered part-time positions at the company.
