A source familiar with the situation told Deadline that Huntsman is expected to land at The View, though no deal is done.

"Fox & Friends Weekend" co-host Abby Huntsman is leaving the network, reportedly to join ABC's "The View". Also in the running, per reports, was Ana Navarro, a conservative commentator for CNN who frequently guest hosts The View.

A Fox News Channel spokesperson confirmed this will be Huntsman's final weekend co-hosting Fox & Friends Weekend, the Saturday and Sunday editions of President Donald Trump's fave morning show.

It was reported last month that Huntsman, the daughter of U.S. Ambassador to Russia Jon Huntsman, was in talks to replace Haines. (R), who was named ambassador to Russian Federation late a year ago.

Huntsman's father, Jon Huntsman Jr., serves as United States ambassador to Russian Federation under President Donald Trump. She joined Fox News as a reporter in 2015.
