A damning footage of #MeToo villain Harvey Weinstein shows him shamelessly pursuing and groping a visibly uncomfortable woman, who alleged the media mogul raped her hours later.

Weinstein has been indicted on sex crime accusations involving three women in NY but not Thompson, according to the AP.

Thompson thought that she would be meeting with the marketing team. Today, Thompson released video of the encounter in a report published by the UK's Sky News.

Harvey Weinstein is seen getting handsy and flirting with a woman in a new video. the same woman accusing him of rape.

The response from the Big Apple D.A. comes on the same day that Sky News has exclusive video of Weinstein sexually harassing Melissa Thompson in September 2011 in what was supposed to be a pitch meeting for a potential analytics service for the Weinstein Company. She says that upon arrival, she was ushered into an empty office where she turned on her laptop's video camera, intending to use the live footage she was shooting as part of her demonstration.

Thompson is clearly on edge, trying to keep the boundaries of professionalism up while also attempting to appease the very rich and powerful man she is hoping to do business with.

While pitching her product, she appeared to make a joke about data being hot right now.

Thompson tells Sky News that at one point in the meeting Weinstein reached his hand under the desk and put it under Thompson's skirt. At that point, Thompson says, "A little bit... a little high, that's a little high, that's a little high".

States Prepare for ‘Storm of a Lifetime’ as Hurricane Florence Looms
As it nears the coast, the storm's forward motion will slow to a crawl, but the winds and rain will continue full-strength. A state of emergency has also been declared in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina , Virginia and Washington.

Thompson said she later met Weinstein at a nearby hotel bar, where she said she expected to close the technology deal. That's where Thompson says Weinstein raped her.

"A little high, a little high, that's a little high, that's a little high", Thompson replies.

Weinstein's lawyer says the full video "demonstrates that there is nothing forceful" and shows "casual, if not awkward, flirting from both parties".

"We believe that the People's response in its entirety makes it absolutely clear that the case against Mr. Weinstein can not be successfully prosecuted", said Brafman in a statement to Deadline. "His eyes became dark", she said.

Thompson was part of a class action lawsuit against Weinstein filed in June in which she claimed the producer began to harass and fondle her, several USA media outlets reported. "I thought I could handle it".

"If he would make a comment, I would try to catch it and return it in a way that felt a little safer than the way he threw it at me. This is a further attempt to publicly disgrace Mr. Weinstein for financial gain, and we will not stand for it. Facts do matter".

Meantime, prosecutors in the criminal case filed papers Wednesday challenging defense claims that they withheld evidence from a grand jury that could have helped Weinstein deny the allegations, including emails proving he had a consensual relationship with one of the alleged victims.

"It wasn't an invitation to go to his hotel room".
