Meghan eventually wore a tiara with platinum and diamond which was designed by Queen Mary, the current queen's grandmother.

A source has told The Sun that she originally wanted a tiara that featured emeralds but they were told she couldn't have it because they weren't certain where it came from.

"And that's now something that I'm obsessed with as well", father-to-be Harry revealed, with Prince William agreeing, "I know, I've got serious OCD on light switches now, which is awful".

The spat led to "a very heated exchange" causing the Queen to later have a talk with the Duke of Sussex.

For Meghan, getting used to Harry turning lights off may take a little more time, but for a Duchess that went out of her way to wear sustainable fashion on her first ever royal tour, we're sure she'll get on board with the eco-conscious practices within Kensington Palace pretty quickly too. She said; "Meghan can not have whatever she wants".

The Queen is also believed to be unhappy over the decision to wear a veil for the wedding, given it was Meghan Markle's second wedding. "I asked him to and I think he knew it was coming, and he immediately said 'yes, of course, I'll do whatever Meghan needs and I'm here to support you.' For him, that's a fantastic opportunity to step up and be that support, and you know he's our father so of course he's going to be there for us".
