The fact that it has over 2 million views is not that surprising really - the singer-songwriter added some exceptional soul and modern polish to a nostalgic favorite with the help of fellow homegrown musical talents.

We knew the series was popular, but we had no idea that the show was so well-regarded that it would end up on YouTube's list of the top trending videos for 2018.
