Solskjaer backs Manchester United's Rashford to reach Kane's level

Ferguson reportedly gave a rousing speech to United's first-team squad after being invited back by Solskjaer recently - his first appearance at the training ground since emergency surgery for a bleed on the brain last May.

"And how I shouted at the goal of Manchester United was unbelievable".

"I have good memories of him", said Pochettino of Solskjaer. We need to create a way, because in the last four seasons and a half, we were adapting us to the project, to the club.

Writing in his column for BetVictor, Owen said: "This is the acid test for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's new-look Manchester United and the Norwegian is looking to emulate the legendary Sir Matt Busby and win his first five league games".

"It's going to be very hard because I think the teams above them are quite consistent", the former United winger added. He is a fantastic goalscorer and one of the best in the world but I have got a couple that I am happy to work with.

"To be involved again, I think for him and for Manchester sure it's a massive, important thing". It was a book where you find everything. "He is an encyclopaedia of football".

This is a wonderfully illuminating piece from Ducker - one of the best United journalists out there - which details the way in which Solskjaer, through little more than practical man-management, has reversed the tide of despair cast by Mourinho.

‘Criminal Minds’ To End After Its 15th Season!
I think everyone will be really sad, and I know this cast especially is so fond of one another, they are truly a family. So far, we know that the final season will feel more like a serial drama than a procedural.

Atletico Madrid join the race for Morata signing
Sevilla have looked like the favourites to acquire the 26-year-old's signature, but Atletico look set to do battle with their La Liga rivals.

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas joins Monaco
Fabregas won two league titles with Chelsea and one Spanish La Liga crown during his 2011-14 stint at Barcelona . Fabregas scored 22 goals for the London club in 198 appearances.

"I don't know how we found the tickets", said Pochettino, who was then playing for Espanyol.

"We were in front, in the same level, but in front of the presidents' area".

"When Solskjaer scored, we were shouting, celebrating, I don't know why". We were neutral people watching a fantastic game. "But the atmosphere was unbelievable".

Meanwhile, Rashford has scored in three of the four games he's played under Solskjaer and is nearly certain to start against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

The Red Devils finished second and without a trophy under Jose Mourinho last season.

"For different reasons, because after almost five years, always you need to refresh the project, to find a different way". They were mid-table, and mid-table for facilities. Now it is at the top.
