United States bus driver rescues abandoned toddler wandering on street

A bus driver in the USA state of Wisconsin is being praised for rescuing a toddler she found wandering alone in freezing weather. Security video shows the girl toddling down the overpass.

Irena simply said she was grateful to be able to help, according to the statement.

It happened December 22nd, while Irena Ivic was driving.

The video later shows Ivic stopping her bus, running across the street, picking up the crying child and carrying her to the bus.

NOTE: Police first said the baby was a boy but later clarified that the child is actually a girl.
