GRAMMYs 2019: Diana Ross Delivers Legendary 'Diamond Diana' Birthday Performance

Music legend Diana Ross took to the stage to celebrate her 75th birthday at this year's Grammy Awards, and really got the crowd going. This marks the fourth Wynn engagement for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and 12-time Grammy nominee Ross, and will feature her endless hits and enduring and endearing music memories. She exclaimed, "Thank you for being here and celebrating my 75th birthday!"

But her Grammys experience began years earlier with two nominations as one third of The Supremes, in 1964 and 1965 for "Baby Love" and "Stop in the Name of Love", respectively. And on Sunday he was stealing the hearts of people all over the world once again when he introduced his "grandmommy", Diana Ross.

She sang "The Best Years of My Life" followed by "Reach Out And Touch (Somebody's Hand)" and strode out into an audience at the Staples Center in Los Angeles that included her fellow Motown star Smokey Robinson and Motown founder Berry Gordy.

Diana capped off her iconic performance with a message, telling the audience: "Together we have no limits".

The Academy previously honored "Diamond Diana" with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012.
