As Engadget reports, the invite hints at the possibility of Apple announcing its video service.

According to Twitter user CoinX, Apple will replace the 9.7-inch iPad with a 10.2-inch iPad model this year. The report is light on other details, though it does mention that Apple suppliers should see a boost in their revenue with the AirPods 2 launch. Apple is expected to use the event to unveil its rumored Apple News service and a streaming TV service. Apple's new shows are planned to be released "later in the year at the earliest", and it's possible that the company is also holding back some content that's already ready in order to release it on the more typical fall schedule that TV audiences have become accustomed to.

So far, Apple has stopped itself from deprecating the existing AirPods hardware in favor of a revamped version of the popular earbuds but it looks as though that run could come to an end.
