Fisher-Price Rock 'N Play Sleeper May Cause Death

Fisher-Price is warning parents with the Fisher-Price Rock 'n Play of several reports of infant deaths related to using the product.

The CPSC says it previously warned consumers to use restraints in the inclined-sleep products, which are also sold in New Zealand.

The US CPSC said babies over three months or those who can turn in the sleeper should not be using the product.

If the Consumer Product Safety Commission is forced to move forward with a full recall, they will do so, a spokesperson said.

The deaths of ten children in recent years have lead to parents being warned to stop using a portable cot.

The Rock 'n Play Sleeper is a seat that includes vibrations and an incline to help babies sleep.
